AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TUNICA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE AARON E. HENRY COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINIC, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Tunica County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute during calendar year 2004 to the Aaron E. Henry Community Health Clinic, Inc., an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) out of any available funds.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
