AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF VICKSBURG, MISSISSIPPI, TO PROVIDE IN-KIND SERVICES TO THE INITIATIVE, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Vicksburg, Mississippi, in their discretion, may provide in-kind services to The Initiative, Inc., including, but not limited to, grass cutting services, building repair and pest spraying.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
