AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF NOXUBEE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE INSTITUTE FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC., FOR THE PURCHASE OF A SCHOOL BUS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Noxubee County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute funds in an amount not to exceed Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00), out of any available funds of the county, to the Institute for Community Services, Inc., for the purchase of a school bus.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
