AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 73-36-37, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE REPEAL OF SECTIONS 73-36-1 THROUGH 73-36-35, THE "FORESTERS REGISTRATION LAW OF 1977"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. Section 73-36-37, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provides for the repeal of Sections 73-36-1 through 73-36-35, the "Foresters Registration Law of 1977," is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
