AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 37-28-21, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO EXTEND THE AUTOMATIC REPEAL OF THOSE STATUTES AUTHORIZING THE OPERATION OF CHARTER SCHOOLS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. Section 37-28-21, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows:
37-28-21. Sections 37-28-1 through 37-28-21 shall stand repealed from and after July 1, 2005.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after June 30, 2004.
