AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 37-13-90, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE AUTOMATIC REPEAL OF THE OFFICE OF COMPULSORY SCHOOL ATTENDANCE ENFORCEMENT IN THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. Section 37-13-90, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provides for the automatic repeal of the Office of Compulsory School Attendance Enforcement in the State Department of Education, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after June 30, 2004.
