AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ATTALA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS OF AMERICA OF KOSCIUSKO, MISSISSIPPI; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Attala County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute up to a maximum amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) annually, from any available funds, during calendar years 2004, 2005 and 2006 to the Boys and Girls Clubs of America of Kosciusko, Mississippi.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
