A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION SUSPENDING THE DEADLINES FOR THE PURPOSE OF REQUESTING THE DRAFTING, AND THE INTRODUCTION, CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE, OF A BILL ENTITLED "AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 27-103-81, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDES THAT THE WORKING CASH-STABILIZATION RESERVE FUND MAY BE USED TO PROVIDE STATE FUNDS TO PAY WARRANTS DRAWN FOR PAYMENT THAT WILL BE REIMBURSED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT UNDER A DELAY-OF-DRAWDOWN LETTER OF CREDIT; TO AMEND SECTION 27-103-203, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO DELETE THE REQUIREMENT THAT FOUR MILLION DOLLARS IN THE WORKING CASH-STABILIZATION RESERVE FUND SHALL REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR USE UNDER SECTION 27-103-81; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES."

     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, THE SENATE CONCURRING THEREIN, That the Joint Rules of the House and the Senate, including all the deadlines and other provisions imposed by Joint Rule No. 40, are suspended for the purpose of requesting the drafting, and the introduction, consideration and passage, of a bill entitled "AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 27-103-81, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDES THAT THE WORKING CASH-STABILIZATION RESERVE FUND MAY BE USED TO PROVIDE STATE FUNDS TO PAY WARRANTS DRAWN FOR PAYMENT THAT WILL BE REIMBURSED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT UNDER A DELAY-OF-DRAWDOWN LETTER OF CREDIT; TO AMEND SECTION 27-103-203, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO DELETE THE REQUIREMENT THAT FOUR MILLION DOLLARS IN THE WORKING CASH-STABILIZATION RESERVE FUND SHALL REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR USE UNDER SECTION 27-103-81; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES."
