A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A JOINT SESSION OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE ON JANUARY 13, 2004, TO HEAR THE MESSAGE OF GOVERNOR HALEY BARBOUR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, THE SENATE CONCURRING THEREIN, That a joint session of the House of Representatives and the Senate shall be held in the House of Representatives at 12:00 o'clock noon on Tuesday, January 13, 2004, to hear the message of Governor Haley Barbour.
