AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HUMPHREYS COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE HUMPHREYS COUNTY DIXIE YOUTH FOUNDATION, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Superiors of Humphreys County, Mississippi, in their discretion, are authorized to contribute funds, from any available funds, an amount not exceeding Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) during calendar year 2004, to the Humphreys County Dixie Youth Foundation, Incorporated for the purpose of defraying the cost of providing little league baseball activities for the youth of Humphreys County.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
