AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS OF THE GULF COAST, INCORPORATED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Harrison County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute an amount not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00), out of any available funds, during the 2004 calendar year to the local Boys and Girls Clubs of the Gulf Coast, Incorporated, for the purpose of making improvements at the Forest Heights Unit, located in the City of Gulfport.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
