AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TUNICA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO AARON E. HENRY COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINIC, INCORPORATED, AND TO G.A. STOVER HEALTH CLINIC, P.A., TO BE USED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING AND ENHANCING MEDICAL CARE IN AND FOR THE RESIDENTS OF TUNICA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Tunica County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute during calendar year 2004, out of any available funds, an amount not to exceed Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) to Aaron E. Henry Community Health Clinic, Incorporated, and an amount not to exceed Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) to G.A. Stover Health Clinic, P.A., solely for the purpose of improving and enhancing medical care in and for the residents of Tunica County, Mississippi.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
