AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY OF CHARLESTON, MISSISSIPPI, TO  LEASE UP TO 15 ACRES OF LAND OWNED OR LEASED BY THE CITY TO THE ROBERT HILL YOUTH FOUNDATION, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The governing authorities of the city of Charleston, Mississippi, in their discretion, may lease up to fifteen (15) acres of land owned or leased by the city to the Robert Hill Youth Foundation, Incorporated, for a period of up to forty (40) years under such terms, conditions and consideration as the governing authorities of Charleston, in their discretion, deem will best promote the educational, cultural, social or economic welfare of the city.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
