AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF GRENADA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE LOCAL BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Grenada County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute funds in such amount as it deems appropriate, out of any available funds of the county, during the 2004 calendar year, and any year or years thereafter, to the local Boys and Girls Club.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
