AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO UNITED WAY OF WEST CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI INFORMATION LINE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute funds in an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) during the 2004 calendar year, out of any available funds of the city, to United Way of West Central Mississippi Information Line for the purpose of the development, operation and maintenance of the information line.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
