AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF VICKSBURG, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO KEEP VICKSBURG-WARREN BEAUTIFUL, INCORPORATED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The governing authorities of the City of Vicksburg, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute funds in an amount not to exceed Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) annually, out of any available funds of the city, to Keep Vicksburg-Warren Beautiful, Incorporated, for the purpose of assisting with cleaning and educating the community about beautification and litter.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall stand repealed from and after July 1, 2007.

     SECTION 3.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
