AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF VICKSBURG, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE VICKSBURG MAIN STREET PROGRAM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Vicksburg, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute funds in an amount not to exceed Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($16,000.00), out of any available funds of the city, to the Vicksburg Main Street Program.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
