AN ACT TO ESTABLISH THE RIGHT OF ALL CITIZENS OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI TO HUNT, FISH AND HARVEST GAME IN THIS STATE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. All citizens of the State of Mississippi shall have the right to hunt, fish and harvest game in this state subject only to such restrictions and regulations as may be enacted by the Legislature.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2004.
