AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF NOXUBEE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE INSTITUTE FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Noxubee County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute funds in an amount not to exceed Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00), out of any available funds of the county, to the Institute for Community Services, Inc.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
