AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CLAY COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE LOCAL BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Clay County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute funds, out of any available funds of the county, to the local Boys and Girls Club.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
