AMENDMENT No. 2 PROPOSED TO

                             Senate Bill NO. 2778

     AMEND by inserting the following new section after line 228:

     SECTION *.  Any insurance company which issues policies of medical malpractice liability coverage in this state shall reduce its rates of premiums charged to the insured upon the date Senate Bill No. 2778, 2003 Regular Session, becomes effective.
