                             Senate Bill NO. 2678

     AMEND by inserting the following new section after line 1124 and renumbering subsequent section(s):

     SECTION 81.  Of the funds provided herein for general support of the state institutions of higher learning, funds in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) shall be allocated to the Greenville Higher Education Center.
