AMENDMENT No. 2 PROPOSED TO

                             Committee Sub. for SB NO. 2648

                             By Senator(s) Ross

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 124 and renumbering:

     (2)  Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1), the following areas shall not be subject to the smoking restrictions of the act:  any enclosed public place in a building owned by a private business entity if there is posted at every entrance to such building a conspicuous sign clearly stating that smoking is allowed in the building.

     FURTHER, amend by striking Section 5 in its entirety and renumbering.
