AMENDMENT No. 2 PROPOSED TO

                             Senate Bill NO. 2363

                             By Representative(s) Flaggs, Howell

     AMEND on line 46 by deleting the word "may" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "shall", and by deleting the comma and inserting in lieu thereof the words "and may require"; and on line 48 by inserting a comma after the word "custodian"

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 4 after the semicolon by inserting the following language:  "TO PROVIDE THAT A JUDGE OR REFEREE SHALL REQUIRE A WRITTEN REPORT FOR THE MODIFICATION OF DISPOSITION ORDERS FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN ABUSED OR NEGLECTED;"
