     AMEND on line 46 by deleting the word "may" and inserting  in lieu thereof the word "shall"

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 4 after the semicolon by inserting the following language:  "TO PROVIDE THAT A JUDGE OR REFEREE SHALL REQUIRE A WRITTEN REPORT, INFORMATION OR STATEMENTS FOR THE MODIFICATION OF DISPOSITION ORDERS FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN ABUSED OR NEGLECTED;"
