AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO

                             House Bill NO. 1604

                             By Representative(s) Simpson

     AMEND by inserting the following language at the end of line 302:

"However, the use of monies in the fund for such purposes shall be conditioned upon the receipt of matching funds from the City of Biloxi, Mississippi, which must be in the form of a donation made after the effective date of House Bill No. 1604, 2003 Regular Session, of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00)." 

     AMEND further the title to conform.
