     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 3 by inserting the following language after the semicolon:  "TO AMEND REENACTED SECTION 41-67-15, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO AUTHORIZE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICTS TO ADOPT ORDINANCES THAT ARE MORE RESTRICTIVE THAN PROVISIONS OF THE MISSISSIPPI INDIVIDUAL ON-SITE WASTEWATER DISPOSAL SYSTEM LAW;"

     AMEND FURTHER the title on lines 3 and 5 by inserting the word "SYSTEM" after the word "DISPOSAL"
