AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO

                             House Bill NO. 527

                             By Representative(s) Committee

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 224:

          "(s)  Boys and Girls Club.  The board of supervisors of any county in this state, in its discretion, may donate annually out of any money in the county treasury such sums as the board deems advisable to support the Boys and Girls Club."

     AMEND FURTHER, the title, by inserting the following before the semicolon on line 3:  "AND TO THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB"
