Senate Resolution 23

A RESOLUTION COMMENDING THE LIFE OF CAPTAIN CARRALL BOSARGE AND EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO HIS FAMILY.

     WHEREAS, Captain Carrall Bosarge departed this life on Sunday, February, 2, 2003, in Ocean Springs, Mississippi; and

     WHEREAS, Captain Carrall Bosarge was a native of Biloxi, Mississippi and a graduate of D'Iberville High School; and

     WHEREAS, Captain Carrall worked in the Panama Canal from 1977 to 1993 as a ship pilot; and

     WHEREAS, Captain Carrall Bosarge was a veteran of the United States Navy; and

     WHEREAS, the legacy and memory of Captain Carrall Bosarge will live on in the lives of those who knew, love and respected him, especially his surviving family; wife, Patricia Bosarge; daughters, Tina Lynn Alley and Cheryl Renee O'Brien; sons, Raymond W. Wise, Jr. and Gregory S. Wise; sisters, Jenell Nungesser; brothers, Jerries Bosarge and Ronnie Bosarge; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and

     WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Senate of the State of Mississippi to commend the lives and contributions of outstanding citizens as Captain Carrall Bosarge:

     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, That we do hereby commend the life of Captain Carrall Bosarge and express our deepest sympathy to his family.

     BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Captain Carrall Bosarge.
