AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF BILOXI TO MAKE A CONTRIBUTION TO BACK BAY MISSION TO ASSIST IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITION TO THE MISSION'S CURRENT FACILITY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Biloxi, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute, from any available funds, an amount not to exceed Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) to Back Bay Mission to assist in the construction of an addition to Back Bay Mission's current facility.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
