AN ACT MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOR THE PURPOSE OF STUDYING AND PLANNING A MASTER PLAN FOR THE FARMERS' MARKET LOCATED IN JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  That the following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the State General Fund not otherwise appropriated to the Department of Agriculture to be used for the studying and planning of a master plan for the Farmers' Market located on Woodrow Wilson Drive in Jackson, Mississippi, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003,

and ending June 30, 2004$75,000.00.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2003.
