AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF MARSHALL COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE COUNTY FUNDS DURING CALENDAR YEAR 2003 TO THE INSTITUTE OF COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC., FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING LOCAL MATCHING SHARE NECESSARY FOR THE CONTINUATION OF THE COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAMS SPONSORED BY THE INSTITUTE OF COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Marshall County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) during calendar year2003, from any available funds of the county, to the Institute of Community Services, Inc., for the purpose of providing local matching share necessary for the continuation of the community service programs sponsored by the Institute of Community Services, Inc.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
