AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ANY COUNTY TO USE COUNTY PROPERTY, EQUIPMENT AND EMPLOYEES, TO ASSIST THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE, FISHERIES AND PARKS IN REESTABLISHING AND/OR MAINTAINING ECOLOGICAL HABITAT FOR FISH AND WILDLIFE IN STATE PARK LAKES WITHIN THE COUNTY OR AN ADJOINING COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The board of supervisors of any county may use county property, equipment, materials and supplies, and may use county employees, to assist the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks in reestablishing and/or maintaining necessary ecological habitat for fish and wildlife in and immediately surrounding lakes in state parks located within the county or in any adjoining county.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2003.
