AMENDMENT No. 2 TO AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO

                             House Bill NO. 2

                             By Senator(s) Dawkins, Harden, Jordan, Walls, Williamson

     AMEND by striking Section 35 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

     SECTION 35.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, shall apply only to causes of action accruing on or after that date, and shall stand repealed from and after June 30, 2005.
