AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO

                             Senate Bill NO. 2322

                             By Senator(s) Walls

     AMEND by inserting after line 29 the following:

     (5)  Any court shall expunge the arrest record of any person whether arrested for a felony or misdemeanor if the person arrested was released and the case was dismissed or the charges were dropped or there was no disposition of the case.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title on line 2 by inserting after "RECORDS" the following:  AND ARREST RECORDS
