AMENDMENT No. 1 TO AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO

                             House Bill NO. 1794

                             By Senator(s) Ross

     AMEND by adding the following after line 74:

     Provided, however, that the Department of Finance and Administration shall not transfer and the Governor's Office - Division of Medicaid shall not expend or make obligations for medical services in an amount exceeding Two Hundred Thirty-four Million Eight Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-five Dollars ($234,875,685.00) in any month during fiscal year 2003.
