     FURTHER, amend line 57 by striking the period and inserting "; or"

     FURTHER, amend by inserting the following paragraph after line 57:

          (e)  The court of record or hearing officer determines that the environmental self-evaluation report is relevant and its probative value substantially outweighs any danger of unfair prejudice.
