                             By Senator(s) Minor

     AMEND lines 199, 200, 276 and 277 by striking the underlined language and insert in lieu thereof the following:

One Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00)

     AMEND by striking Sections 13 and 26 in their entirety and renumber Sections accordingly.

     AMEND line 7 of the title by striking "25-11-309,"

     AMEND line 9 of the title by striking the comma after "21-29-317" and insert in lieu thereof "AND" and by striking "AND 25-41-3"

     AMEND the title by striking the language on line 10 after the comma, by striking lines 11 through 16 in their entirety and by striking line 17 through the comma
