     AMEND by inserting the following after line 238:

                    "K.  A highway segment along or near Mississippi 7 beginning at Greenwood and extending northeasterly to Grenada."

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 5 by deleting the words "A SEGMENT" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "TWO SEGMENTS"
