     AMEND by deleting lines 123 and 124 in their entirety.

     AMEND FURTHER the title on lines 4 and 5 by striking the language "EXTEND THE DATE OF REPEAL" and inserting in lieu thereof "DELETE THE REPEALER".

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 6 by deleting the language "FROM JUNE 30, 2002, TO JULY 1, 2003".
