     AMEND on line 947 by inserting immediately after the word "reenacted" the language "and amended"

     AMEND FURTHER on line 1038 by inserting immediately after the number "1972" a comma and the following language:  "excluding revenue generated from sixteenth section timber sales"

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 33 by inserting the following language after the semicolon:  "TO AMEND REENACTED SECTION 37-22-1, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO EXCLUDE REVENUE GENERATED FROM SIXTEENTH SECTION TIMBER SALES FROM THE DEFINITION OF "OTHER LOCAL REVENUE SOURCES";"
