AN ACT TO LEVY A ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) SURCHARGE ON RECREATIONAL VEHICLE SITES IN BUCCANEER STATE PARK; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. There is hereby imposed a One Dollar ($1.00) surcharge on nightly stays in all camp sites and recreational vehicle sites in Buccaneer State Park. The funds shall be remitted to Hancock County for support of the Hancock County Tourism Development Bureau.
SECTION 2. This act shall be in force and effect from and after July 1, 2002.
