AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE SOUTHERN CULTURAL HERITAGE FOUNDATION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute up to a maximum amount of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), from any available funds, during the calendar year 2002, to the Southern Cultural Heritage Foundation as part of its matching funds obligation in conjunction with the Mississippi Community Heritage Preservation Grant for improvements to the Cobb House.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
