AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LOWNDES COUNTY TO MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE INSTITUTE FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Lowndes County, in its discretion, may make contributions in amounts that it deems appropriate to the Institute for Community Services, Inc., d/b/a Head Start.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
