AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LOWNDES COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE INSTITUTE FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Lowndes County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute during the 2002 calendar year, from any available funds, a sum as determined by the board to the Institute for Community Services, Inc.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
