AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LOWNDES COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO SUPPLEMENT THE PER DIEM OF COURT BAILIFFS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Lowndes County, Mississippi, is authorized to supplement the per diem of each Lowndes County circuit, chancery and county court bailiff by an amount of up to Thirty-five Dollars ($35.00) over the amount authorized by general law.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
