AN ACT TO CODIFY SECTION 63-17-167, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REQUIRE MOTOR VEHICLES TO NOTIFY BUYERS OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE WARRANTY ENFORCEMENT ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The following shall be codified as Section 63-17-167, Mississippi Code of 1972:
63-17-167. Any person, firm or corporation who sells any motor vehicle shall notify the buyer of any motor vehicle of the existence and content of Sections 63-17-1 et seq.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2002.
