Senate Bill NO. 2945

AMEND by inserting the following section after line 32:

SECTION *. The board of supervisors of any county, and governing authorities of any municipalities, may levy an assessment in an amount not to exceed One Dollar ($1.00) upon any moving traffic violation and such assessment shall be deposited into the Local Crimestoppers Fund.
