AMEND by inserting the following after line 9 and renumbering the subsequent section accordingly:
SECTION 2. Section 65-3-71.57, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows:
65-3-71.57. (1) That portion of U.S. Interstate 20 within the State of Mississippi * * * shall be known as the "31st Infantry Division Memorial Highway."
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching such highway.
FURTHER, amend line 2 of the title by inserting the following after the semicolon:
TO AMEND SECTION 65-3-71.57, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO DESIGNATE ALL OF U.S. INTERSTATE 20 WITHIN THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI AS THE 31ST INFANTRY DIVISION MEMORIAL HIGHWAY:
