AMENDMENT No. 1 TO AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO

House Bill NO. 1333

AMEND by inserting the following new section after line 481 and renumbering accordingly:

SECTION *. The State Department of Mental Health, with the

cooperation of the Department of Finance and Administration, shall construct and equip a 17-bed mental health crisis intervention center to be located in Jackson County, Mississippi. The Department of Finance and Administration is authorized to pay for the purchase of real estate and the construction, repair, renovation, furnishing and equipping of such facility.
